EAT BREATHE LOVE WORKSHOPS FOR WOMEN
Empowering Women Through Self-Care
Our mission is to help women gain understanding, and
appreciation of the importance of being kind to themselves.
Our Workshops introduce and demonstrate simple and practical
Techniques, which can become part of the daily routine.
The start of a new year may seem like a good time to make resolutions about what we want to change in our lives. However, once the Christmas decorations have been cleared away and life goes “back to normal” these often lose their appeal – much like turkey leftovers or spent fireworks!
THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY!
With a little help, it is possible to break down your resolutions into ‘bite sized chunks’ that can be tackled over a period of days, weeks and months. It’s a bit like climbing a mountain, you have to do it one step at a time.
It is important to remember that on days when things don’t go your way, being kind to yourself will help you to keep on track, whereas if you ‘beat yourself up’ about what you haven’t done/achieved, this has a negative effect on you and makes you less likely to succeed going forward.
So, if you are one of those women who constantly do too much, Eat Breathe Love Workshops are for you. In addition to teaching you loads of great stuff about what to do to help you feel better, they are a fantastic day out where you will meet ‘like minded’ individuals. The Eat Breathe Love team will help you to get back on track and make some important and necessary changes in your life, which will not only make you feel better but will benefit those around you too.
Our 5th workshop is on Saturday 9th February 9.30 am – 5pm at the fabulous Foxhills in Ottershaw. The day includes a healthy lunch and all refreshments and offers fantastic value at £97.
Better still, you can BRING A FRIEND FOR HALF PRICE and there are also FREE guest pass to the Foxhills Spa (worth £40) for you and your friend to use on another day!
Not surprisingly places are filling up fast, so if you are interested, please speak to Rhona, Janet or Judith today, or book online at:
Wow, Eat Breathe Love has had a fantastic year. We have now held 4 workshops and the feedback has been fantastic!
Now we’ve celebrated our first birthday we would like to say a big thank you to all our wonderful customers.
It all started because in our own areas of expertise we were seeing a growing number of ladies struggle with low energy and a feeling of being overwhelmed by the sheer pace of life and the ‘juggling’ of different roles and commitments.
We brought together our different areas of expertise to create a full day workshop and on-going programme designed to help ladies regain their natural energy and enthusiasm for life. After all Eating, Breathing and Loving are 3 absolute essentials for a happier, healthier life.
The workshops are a great mix of facts and simple, practical advice and we have been delighted by how well past workshops have been received. There is a clear need for a better understanding of how stress may be quite silently undermining our health and wellbeing as it gives the motivation to make changes. We find that when women leave our workshops they are motivated and inspired to take action, and we give them plenty of ideas as to where to start making a difference.

Women have many reasons why they do not put themselves first:
“The children are my priority”
“My husband earns more than I do”
“I am only a woman”
“If I didn’t do it, who would?”
etc
My question to them is, “if you were unable to do it what would happen?” This question is crucial, because if you do not look after and care for yourselves ladies, you may end up being unable to helps others.
Can I let you into a secret? If you love and care for yourself first, you will be in a much better position to love and care for others.
I can hear you now “that’s easier said than done”. I agree, it isn’t easy but the rewards are worth the effort.
And, the good news is you don’t have to do it alone. We are all on a journey, and sharing that journey with like minded individuals means that you can share each other’s joy and help each other through the difficult times. Are you ready to embark on your journey?
To help you regain your natural energy and enthusiasm for life!
